By familiarizing yourself with the precautions before using the product, you can use it for a longer period of time with better results.
Even after using stainless steel products only once, you may sometimes notice rainbow stains or white spots on the inside or outside, which can come as a surprise. These are natural occurrences with stainless steel and do not affect the product’s performance.
Additionally, if the inside or outside of the product turns brown even with minimal use, it is related to the intensity of heat. This discoloration can be easily resolved with simple measures.

Can I use it immediately after the first purchase?
Preparation before the first use
Before your initial use, it's essential to eliminate any impurities or residues from the manufacturing process. Start by mixing vinegar or lemon juice with cold water and boiling the solution. Then thoroughly cleaning the product with a sponge or soft cloth soaked in warm water with Atomy kitchen detergent. Ensure to dry it completely to avoid any moisture residue.

Why did my pan stain?
Mineral Stains
Effect
After washing, the product has a rainbow or white spots here and there.
Cause
Natural reaction between the minerals in the food and the stainless steel during cooking (this phenomenon rarely occurs).
Solution
To tackle mineral stains inside, simply add water and vinegar, then boil the mixture. For the exterior, wipe it down with a vinegar-soaked cloth. After cleaning, ensure to eliminate any moisture both inside and outside the product, then let it dry thoroughly.
Product Discoloration
Effect
After cooking, the product may have an overall discoloration or gas burner marks on the bottom.
Cause
5-layer stainless steel product has excellent heat conductivity but is very sensitive to heat and may turn brown when used with high heat.
Solution
For light discoloration, try boiling water with a gentle detergent inside and softly scrubbing with a sponge. For tougher stains, opt for a stainless steel cleaner or boil baking soda in a large container for 5-6 minutes to erase them effortlessly.
Please note that these are simple measures you can take to address the issue. If you find them inconvenient, you can contact the Atomy Customer Happiness Center (1544-858) and they will assist you in providing services like re-polishing service making it feel like a new product.

1. Bank Deposit : Over the counter and Online transfer
Over the counter - Go to any BDO bank to make an over-the-counter deposit into Atomy Philippines Bank account.
※ MUST Print Your ORDER NUMBER on the Deposit Slip and also note that we process your order once we are able to verify the full payment, generally the next business day.
Online Transfer - Members who have savings account in BDO may transfer money online using mobile banking (BDO app) and BDO website.
※ MUST encode the ORDER NUMBER at REMARKS. Take screenshot of successful transaction, then email it to atomyph_admin@atomypark.com until 4PM the next day.
2. Credit/ Debit Card :
Credit Card - After encoding the Credit card Payment details, OTP will be sent to the credit card holder for proceeding the transaction.
Debit Card - After encoding the Debit Card Payment details, no OTP require to accomplish the transaction.
Verification of payment is automatic.
3. Bills Payment Over the Counter : Go to any PNB Bank to make an over the counter bills payment.
* Get the Bills Payment Slip and fillout the necessary information. MUST WRITE the ORDER NUMBER on the REFERENCE NO.
* Submit the slip to Bank Teller, and KEEP the validated Bills payment slip as proof of payment.
MODE OF PAYMENT : CASH
* Indicate the number “1” on “Mode of Payment” part of the slip and write the total amount to pay.
MODE OF PAYMENT : DEBIT ACCOUNT (PNB Account Holders)
* Indicate the number “5” on “Mode of Payment” part of the slip and write the total amount to debit.

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, all products are returnable within 30 days if the product is in the same condition as when purchased including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects.

2. Product is damaged due to the sales rep's responsibility.

4. Wrapping of products which can be duplicated has been damaged.
- The company will exchange or refund if you notify the company within 30 days of the date of purchase.
