Before washing, check the washing instructions on the label attached to the clothing and only wash garments that are suitable for water washing.
For garments that release water, please wash them separately.

Precautions when using

Do not use for purposes other than laundry. Store in a sealed container after use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Before washing, check the care label on clothing to ensure it is water washable (do not use on wool, silk, leather, or items marked as hand wash only).
Test on an inconspicuous area of fabric if there is a risk of discoloration or bleaching.
Avoid contact of the concentrated liquid with clothing and do not use metal containers.
Take measures to protect any metal attachments on clothing from damage during washing.
Avoid contact with skin, and use rubber gloves for hand washing.
Be cautious of slips if detergent is spilled on the floor.
Store away from direct sunlight and heat, and keep indoors during winter.
If the product comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse with clean water and consult a doctor if any issues arise.
Since this is a concentrated detergent, do not let it come into direct contact with clothes and use it within 30 minutes for soaking.
Follow the recommended usage amount.
If stains from plant juices or fruit are present, rinse thoroughly with water before washing, as alkaline detergents may cause discoloration.
Store any remaining detergent in its original container to prevent misuse.
If ingested, seek emergency medical attention and consult a doctor immediately.

Payment methods

1. Bank Deposit : Over the counter and Online transfer

Over the counter - Go to any BDO bank to make an over-the-counter deposit into Atomy Philippines Bank account.

※ MUST Print Your ORDER NUMBER on the Deposit Slip and also note that we process your order once we are able to verify the full payment, generally the next business day.

Online Transfer - Members who have savings account in BDO may transfer money online using mobile banking (BDO app) and BDO website.

※ MUST encode the ORDER NUMBER at REMARKS. Take screenshot of successful transaction, then email it to atomyph_admin@atomypark.com until 4PM the next day.

2. Credit/ Debit Card :

Credit Card - After encoding the Credit card Payment details, OTP will be sent to the credit card holder for proceeding the transaction.

Debit Card - After encoding the Debit Card Payment details, no OTP require to accomplish the transaction.

Verification of payment is automatic.

3. Bills Payment Over the Counter : Go to any PNB Bank to make an over the counter bills payment.

* Get the Bills Payment Slip and fillout the necessary information. MUST WRITE the ORDER NUMBER on the REFERENCE NO.

* Submit the slip to Bank Teller, and KEEP the validated Bills payment slip as proof of payment.

MODE OF PAYMENT : CASH

* Indicate the number “1” on “Mode of Payment” part of the slip and write the total amount to pay.

MODE OF PAYMENT : DEBIT ACCOUNT (PNB Account Holders)

* Indicate the number “5” on “Mode of Payment” part of the slip and write the total amount to debit.
Cancelling Order

- Orders cannot be cancelled once completed.

Return / Exchange

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, all products are returnable within 30 days if the product is in the same condition as when purchased including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects.

2. RETUND AND EXCHANGE FORM is required to email to atomy_ph@atomypark.com upon request. Form is downloadable in the RESOURCES

Product cannot be returned/exchanged if

- We cannot accept returns for used products, or for individual items that belong to a set.

- Members cannot return product if :

1. The product exceeded 30 days from the date for purchase.

2. Product is damaged due to the sales rep's responsibility.

3. The value of the product has been reduced due to partial use of product.

4. Wrapping of products which can be duplicated has been damaged.

Application Period for Refund/Exchange

- The company will exchange or refund if you notify the company within 30 days of the date of purchase.
